It was way back and Id like to state now that I never did anything with him, because of this. He was young (a teen) and at the tip of his penis this skin sort of twisted up off of his head and it wasnt very short either. Its hard to explain since it was the only time I saw anything like ti. But do you have any idea what the heck oculdve been going on. Was it just a birth defect or some kind of disease?
