I have these tiny 1mm in diameter spot on my arm that itch. It never turns red unless if I itch a lot, but that's normal. The so called "rash" is skin color, so you can barely see it unless if the light hits it right where you can see the barely noticeable shadows that they cast on my arm or if the light shines on them, they look kind of shiny on my arm. They itch every now and then, and if I start itching it for no reason, they'll turn itchy. I have no clue what the medical term is for what I have. It's only on my arm, like forearm and upper arm. I would appreciate it if I could find out what this is. Thanks!

Itchy 1mm spots on only my arms.?

It sounds like you might be haveing an allergic reaction to something, have you changed soaps, deoderants, or laundry detergant? maybe the fabric softner? How bout your lotion? I would go over every thing that might have come into contact with your arm and go from there...
