Ever pull off a skin tag?

A small one, yes. I would have a doctor remove anything larger than a pin head!

Mine bled a little and healed up just fine.

I had one on my neck that wasn't that big, I just twisted it and pulled at it untill it came off. It bleed a bit but that was it. I have another one on my innter thigh, as well. But that one isn't as easy so I just left it alone.

try tying a piece of hair around it and tying it in a knot ,it will fall of in a couple of days.

I have cut off one with fingernail scissors.
