HELP! Skin tag won't stop bleeding!?

I am 13. I tied dental floss around it and snipped. There seems to be a bit left. Anyways, it won't stop bleeding! It had been bleeding for at least ten minutes! I put pressure on it then it stops then starts again! I need to go to bed soon and I am worried it will bleed so much while I am sleeping blood will get everywhere! Its next to my upper nose. PLEASE HELP!
