Help! Only cut off part of ..

I am 13 and had a skin tag next to my upper nose and couldn't stand it anymore so i tied a piece of floss to it and snipped it off. The only problem is I didn't get the whole thing! Will the rest just fall off? Also its bleeding so I have it covered will a damp tissue. Also, should I apply neosporin?

yes, put neosporin on and wait until the tag heals. Then put a dab of clear nail polish on it, and it should peel right off.

Ouch. Do you have peroxide or something that won't hurt your nose other than neosporin? An old remedy that keeps bacteria from spreading and helps healing is sugar (pure) in wounds. Also, you can think about calling the doctor tomorrow - they can get off the rest of the skin tag for you.
