How can I remove a skin tag..

go to the doctor have a sugery, and it will take it off. don't try it yourself it could become infected or worse. go to the doctor

I had one on my arm and I just pinched it and yanked it off. Bled for a long time but it beat going to the doctor's office.

You could try to just snip it off with a sharp scissors if it is small and just apply pressure to stop the bleeding. Not recommended if it is big. Otherwise you could go to the doctor, if it is a bigger skin tag and they can do it right in the office. Call and make an appointment! They might need to numb up the area before they snip it off.

yeah all a doc will do is manage pain and cut it off. you could use ice cubes to numb it and snip it off with a sharp knife or scissors. the dermatologist will charge about 50-75 for a set amount of them i think mine was 75 for up to 10 or something like that but i had a couple real small ones on my neck and my eyelids. dont do your eyelids or anything else like that. let a pro do it. but if its one under your arm you might accidentally do it with say a razor.
