i have actually done this. it's not pretty. take a piece of string and tie it around the base of the skin tag. it will swell and turn red. it will later turn a yucky color and look really bad. eventually it will die and turn black and eventually fall off. it takes a few week. my midwife told me how to do this when i was pregnant. you should clean it twice a day with alcohol. hope this helps!
