The first guy was almost right... If you get a piece of dental floss and tie it tight around the base. As close to the regular skin as possible, double knot it. cut the ends. It will enlarge and be somewhat painful for a day or so. You'll find it will fall of in 3 or 4 days.

You tie a very fine fishing line string to it & tighten it as tight as you can & P-U-L-L !!!!

Then yell a lot !

I had some skin tags on my arms, and on my inner thigh... the doctor used one of those liquid nitrogen thingies to burn/freeze them off.

A friend had one close to her eye that they could not use that liquid nitrogen on because it would harm her eye, and a doctor just gave her a local and cut it off with a scalpel.
