Electrodessication or what they call as Cautery will work for that. :0

Go to the doctor and they will cut it offfff.

Put a rubber band around it (tight) ....In a couple of days it will fall off.........

GO TOO ANY INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTOR THEY CAN REMOVE IT THE RIGHT WAY. WITH NO INFECTIONS SETTING UP. PLEASE DO NOT DO IT YOURSELF.

Doctors do it with a shot of liquid nitrogen. You can buy something similar for warts now, at food and drug stores. Probably at Wal-mart too.
