It depends on how large it is, whether your regular doctor will remove it or not. If it is of a good size, you will have to see a dermatologist. If it is small, it will most likely be frozen, then cut. For large skin tags the area is numbed, then cut.

Ive cut some off with cuticle sissors, but I dont really recommend that because they bleed like CRAZY. Go to the doc and have them taken off.
