How would i know the differ..

A skin tag is usually on a stem and hangs free from your body. It is more like a little flap of skin. A wart is raised too, but it is attached all the way around to your skin. It is usually hard and bumpy and a skin tag is soft. Skin tags usually don't start to appear until you are over 35, although you can get them when you are younger, you usually don't.

skin tag is a soft piece of skin that you can touch and it moves. it kinda hangs off of your body too. A wart is hard and its closer to the surface of your body. it does not move easily

your doctor will tell you. ask.

Wart tops usually look like cauliflower and they are usually closer to the skin and harder (gross) and skin tags look like dangly moles (like a skin tear drop hanging off your skin)
