I have a skin tag on my nip..

the skin flap or tag on my nipple was pink for a long time.. now in the last 2 days it has been black.. completely black and it hurts to touch and it also itches at times.. it reminds me of a skin flap or tag but its for some reason turned pitch black? do you have any idea what this could be? i am 16 weeks pregnant and worried.
