It has gone black on one side and fluid filled on the other and has doubled in size!! help - I don't know if I have infected him or if this is normal?

I tied some cotton round my fellas skin-tag on his shoulder and it looks really scary now!!?How big is the skin tag? I had two on the back of my neck that were about 2 or three millimeters in lenght. What I did was pinch it at the base, using my nails, to draw the fluid away from that area, then i cut it off with my knife. You can try the same, the best knives that work are thin ones, like swiss army knives or a chefs knife. You could also use a blade, but it's small size makes it difficult to use.

You are probably best to go to the docs, but when mine went black and I had to leave the house in 10 mins to get the airport, I decided to cut it off at the base... snip it, then keep wiping it with the antiseptic wipe, and then put a plaster over it.
