Theres a flap of skin protruding under the tongue along with a white crater next to it? Is this an ulcer or a skin tag?

Dont freak out, 75% of the population has herpes I. wash your mouth with salt water, and take lysine supplements. but it is MUCH more likely to be a kanker sore than an ulcer.
