Go to the doctor. I had one removed and it didn't hurt a bit. They give you a local anesthetic and cut it of, then my doctor cauterized it and we were done. I had to keep a band aid on it for a day.

You can tie a piece of thread aroung it tightly to cut off the circulation and then it will fall off. It may sound wierd but it works, I had a bad experience with a doctor removing a wart once (and I still have the scars to prove it) so I always try home remedies first.
