Oval-ish bump on my neck?!?

I woke up with this weird oval-ish bump on my neck, and it hurts like the tinest bit when I swallow and if I touch it, it hurts. I was thinking maybe a skin tag or Lipnoma O_o, but I don't think they grow overnight? I just recovered from having fever and sore throat.. help?

Maybe it's a lymph node?

Its most likely a swollen gland in your neck. I dont wanna scare you or anything, but when i got that this summer, i got really reallly sick and it turned out to be mono.
