Skintag on my son???

my 2 year old sonhas what looks like a skin tag near his right armpit it is red around it and looks quite sore it doesnt seem 2 bother him much should i put cream on it or or try to pull it off i dont want to take him 2 the doctors frot his as he might think i am being an overprotective mother also he has quite bad exzema could this have anything to do with it ?

it might not be a skin tag, i have a 3 year old and i found what i thought was a skin tag and she also has exzema i took her to the doctors and found out it wasnt a skin tag she had molluscum contagioum. id take him to the doctors it could not be that
