Yes.

I had 4 removed a couple years ago at a MTF in San Diego.

If you're on Prime, the doctor you see as your PCM can do it in-office and will bill it out to TCP.

If you're ever in any doubt, call the 800 number that's on the back of your TriCare ID card, or contact your local TC office, or simply ask your PCM -- they're supposed to know these things or be able to get the answers for you.
