Go to the doctor. It does not hurt if the doctor does it, but doing it your self can cause problems.

Tying strings around them for a week until they fall off, get a wart remover kit, or go to the dermatologist.

My dermatologist told me that they do it in office and is fairly short and simple procedure. I suppose you can try it at home, by shaving it off with clean razor and sanitizing the area. I have a few on my neck and was thinking about removing them too.
