Its on my arm just a little lower than my t-shirt sleeve line. Its a tiny red little skin thing and its annoying. should I just cut it off with a razor blade? will it come back? thanks

Dont cut it off.... it will bleed and hurt and it will come back..... you need to freeze it off... that will work the best....

I cut one off using scissors , I woke up to a big blood stain all over my sheet and blankets , I suggest you see a doctor and don't do it yourself
