I just take a pair of fingernail scissors and cut them off. It sounds awful but is not really that painful.

You might want to try liquid bandage first. I have read that applying New Skin liquid bandage will cause them to fall off. Not sure if it works though.

Please do not fool with skin tags yourself. You could get an infection if you try to cut it off yourself. And you will have a worse scar.

Also, a doctor will have the tissue sent out for biopsy to make sure it is normal tissue and there are no basal cell carcinoma cells.

Don't mess with your health. It will be money well-spent.

use a piece of nylon thread and tie a tight knot around the skin tag, it will cut the blood flow to the skin tag and in a few days will turn black and fall off.( Painless).
