i have slight white skin and i dont want it.. what is the proper way to whiten my skin..? what kind of lotion should i use? (lotion that selling here in Philippines)

I don't think it's possible. You should just except your pigment because I don't think there is a way to change that.

I think it's dumb that ppl want to whiten their skin. If u don't like ur skin color, then try to get a tan cuz there's nothing u can do to whiten it !!
