Would glutathione work??

i have a very uneven skin tone.... some parts of my body are so many shades darker the my face or other parts... im ashamed to show my skin.... ive tried every whitening cream but they just dont work!!!! do you have some suggestions?? would glutathione give me even skin tone?? im not really aiming to be fair skined, i just want to get a even skin tone ....
