Inside of my lip...?

Ok, on the inside of my lip it feels like the skin is coming off like...if you had a sunburn...and its like that on parts of my cheeks and under my tongue...what's going on?

I think i happens when your mouth gets really moist for a while. It happens to me every so often, no biggy.
