Why does my body feels warm..

I realise that my body is so much warmer than other people, such that my boyfriend who hugs me felt like i am having a bad sunburn when i weren't.

i also feel hot easily and i can also feel that my body is burning most of the time.

I am not sure if it is my metabolism, or does it gotta do with my water intake, or maybe i am having too much food, and it felt that my body is burning the energy.

I am wary if this means i am more prompt to getting some illness like high blood pressure or something.

I think what you describe means you would have a lower body temperature than normal and that's why you feel the heat so easily. If your body was warmer than others you would feel cold all the time (like when you have fever).

Avtually our body stores much.Some ppl do not masturbate and so they feel warmth.

Have you tried taking your temperature and comparing it over a few days?

i think probably its ur metabolism.

feeling hot usually means your body is trying to lose heat, from dilated blood vessels. so either your body is generating alot of heat or u have taken some food/drugs that made your blood vessels dilate eg liqour.
