I live in Michigan so I generally start laying out in April even though it's still cool. I love Panama Jack's accelator (zero SPF), it works great! To enhance my tan, I've been using that subtle Jergens self-tanning lotion. It still has that awful smell though. If I'm going to Florida or Mexico (which I often do in the winter), I have to use SPF since I'm a fair skinned blond. I don't worry about the effects of the sun like I should. I've grown up on Lake Michigan and I used to spend the entire winter in South Padre Island (parents had a condo there and Mom homeschooled us there) and was in the sun almost all year long growing up. At 34, I do see the effects. I have age spots (though they look like freckles all over my chest and shoulders). I figure I'll worry more when I start wrinkling and getting those spots on my face. I know I should care more but I'm a "SUN ADDICT", are you?

i use jergens, way better and healthier. and safe.
