Does anyone know where to g..

I used to see them advertised quite a lot but I think they may have been withdrawn for whatever reason. It's a course of tablets you could take before your holiday and they claimed to work from the inside. I've tried all the fake tans etc. and I just cannot get a natural tan from any of them and wondered if these worked any better.

You don't need to go all out and buy tanning tablets.

Go to your nearest health store and buy BETA CAROTENE tablets.

Take these for the few weeks preceeding your holiday and while on holiday.

They help to bring the skins natural brown pigment (melanin) to the surface of the skin therefore you will tan quicker.

Beta Carotene is the natural pigment that makes carrots ORANGE.

They are hard to get hold of, because after a period your skin does turn to an orange colour. there are lots of really good fake tans on the market now, dont chance it!

Holland and Barret about 拢3.95 ish.. Do you reckon they actually work though??
