i think i might have sleep paralysis. last night, i woke up at 3 in the morning. when i looked around my room, i saw a tall, thin woman with pale skin and long black hair standing at the foot of my bed. i was terrified. she started to walk closer, and i pulled the blankets over my head and stayed frozen until i fell asleep. now im terrfied to go to bed. i scared she will come back. whta do i do?

Sleep with the TV on or lights on or sleep on the couch. Good luck.

the exact same thing happened to me years ago, and it never happened again. I had the flu, and I was afraid to go to sleep because for some reason I thought I might die in my sleep. I woke up and 3 am and I saw a woman standing at the side of my bed just looking at me. It was unbelievably clear and vivid. I was really scarred so i pulled the covers over my head and waited to fall back to sleep. It never happened again though. Maybe this was a one time thing for you too?

who cares if you see her? as long as she doesn't hurt you, why worry? you need to get tough and not give a f*ck about anything.

have someone sleep next to you for the next couple of days until you feeel confident about sleeping by yourself again.
