Pimple issues?

i have sensitive skin and suffer from pimples. i tend to use noxema facial washes (spec. triple clean, blackhead cleanser, etc.) and acne pads (noxema triple clean, Oxy pads) and/or liquid acne treatments (10-0-6, etc.). these products clear up my skin for a while but i still suffer from pimples and sometimes i breakout in the same spots i used to have pimples in after they cleared up for a month or so. Does anybody know any tips, products or home remedies they have heard of that may help? How about for bug bites? Prickly heat rash on the back?
