Pimple problems!!!!?

okay so i am 14 and i used to have really clear skin. I recently started getting alot of pimples all over my face. Especially the sides of my nose, my nose and my chin. Alot of pimples for me is like 7 or 8 at one time. They are not acne because they go away, leave no scar, and they are bright red the whole time i have them on my face. what is the best way to get rid of random pest pimples? I currently use neutrogena face wash and clearasil ultra for spot treatments. what else can i use???

use any wash product from the DHC line. It is amazing. I had awful skin and the basic olive soap cleared it up fast and works wonders

I use OXY Chill Factor face scrub acne treatment--really great stuff & works fast. I also use Clean & Clear Oil-Free Continuous Control acne wash. Once a day with each (when you get up and when you go to bed) works really well.

use dove then put on a clean cloth and us alcohol just on the affected areas. day and night
