What is the best skin treat..

I have oily skin and after using various acne removing soaps etc.. I've stuck to doing the following for the past month or so:

Juts so you know I'm a teenage guy.

Use Nivea Oil Control face wash (nearly every morning and evening, in the morning during my bath, and in the evening just whilst washing face).

I would exfoliate my skin using St Ives Exfoliator maybe once a week (sometimes less).

I have Nivea Oil Control Moisturizer but I don't really use it, my skin has never really been dry.

My skin is still as oily as ever, although for the hour or so after washing my face (whether with water or nivea face wash, my face stays normal)...

Please can someone tell me how I can improve this, and increase my chances of getting rid of lots of acne on my forehead, and lose the greasy face? Someone mentioned a toner but I don't know what that's about.

oh u cannot beat tea tree its wonderful for oily skin get it at superdrug

This will help, not a cure. Don't drink a lot of orange juice, avoid it if you can. Stay away from greasy foods i.e. potatoe chips. Drink lots of water throughout the day. Keep your hands off your face when your sleeping, put your hand under your pillow. Try washing your face with with a dab of baby shampoo on a washcloth to make a lather twice daily.
